The T3 has 3 pickup switch positions:
- Top position - Neck pickup
- Middle position - Neck and Bridge pickup
- Bottom position - Bridge pickup
Pulling the volume control knob up splits the coils on both pickups for a more single coil sound.
Pulling the tone control knob up changes the tonal circuit to access a different type of tone while rolling the knob on and off. With the knob down, rolling all the way back gives a unique midrange bump that's great for lead work. The knob pulled up gives you a traditional response, rolling off the high end as you turn it down.
