Why does it say that my online account no longer exists?

In October of 2020, we overhauled our web store, and accounts that were made prior to October 2020 did not transfer from the old store website to the new one. If this applies to you, then all that you need to do is make a new account. You can even use the same information as your previous account.

Please note the online account is only for web store purchases and does not link to your guitar registrations.
